🔹 Work Mode: Remote (Mon-Fri, any 9 hours between 7 AM – 10 PM)
🔹 Training: 3-day training provided
🔹 Role:
✅ Access to Naukri Portal for candidate search
✅ Shortlist profiles & conduct first-round telephonic interviews
✅ Share shortlisted candidates with the manager daily
💰 Salary: ₹50K (with performance-based earnings up to ₹1L) during probation
📌 Target-Based Pay Structure:
₹2K basic pay
Achieve 80% of the target to unlock 100% of salary.
Post-probation, salary is fixed based on performance (6 months)
