Replacement Guarantee:
If a candidate departs from your organization during the Replacement Period following their joining, you are eligible for one complimentary replacement. This guarantee applies only if all payment obligations under this Agreement have been met and a formal replacement request is submitted to the Consultant within seven (7) business days of the candidate’s departure.

Resume Validity and Notification:
Resumes provided by the Consultant remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are sent to you. If you already possess a particular resume upon receipt, please inform the Consultant within two (2) business days to avoid duplicate submissions.

Non-Solicitation Clause:
The Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, engage, or attempt to hire or engage any employee of the Consultant, whether for temporary, permanent, or contract roles, without the express written consent of the Consultant.
